Warehouse Logistics Coordinator
What will you do
The Warehouse Coordinator provide support to the Supply Chain department. Receives all sorts of material, services, chemicals and tools in the warehouse for TAQA departments.
Obtains and provides information to others within the organization or to the external parties
Answers queries by investigating records, databases, files etc. in order to establish and/or clarify facts
Resolves day-to-day issues and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement related to Supply Chain
Acts independently
Requires a broad understanding of the organization, functions, roles and responsibilities Frequently dealing with company sensitive information
Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. and convinces others within and outside the organization to reach agreement and solutions
Identifies and corrects problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes
Adapts and enhances quality and value in existing methods; makes better as part of day-today activities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving materials and issue materials to TAQA assets
Control stock in TAQA Energy warehouse(s)
Control waste storage and hazardous goods storage on Boekelermeer yard
Ensure all purchased materials are safe and certified as per TAQA or industry standard
Keep yard and warehouses clean and tidy
Ensure most economical solution and timely delivery of purchased materials / services to TAQA assets
Adhere to TAQA guidelines, policies and procedures
Maintain stock records and all transfer data in computerized stock management system
Responsibilities

What we search for in you
We’re happy to hear from professionals with a Mid- to high level technical diploma (MTS level 4) In this role you'll require both Dutch and English language skills.

VCA
Forklift license
Comply with TAQA general safety rules, safety rules regarding his professional trade and the rules as per work procedure
MS Office (MS Word, Excel) competency
Self-starter able to take initiative and determine own priorities to meet overall team objectives
Team-player and effective communicator at all hierarchical levels
Willingness to learn and to ask pertinent questions
Living in the Netherlands
Native Dutch

Who are we
We focus on the on- and offshore production of oil and gas as well as the operation of two underground gas storage facilities. The latter are strategic assets in the reliable provision of gas in the Netherlands. Their importance will only increase in the coming years as the greater dependence on gas imports will mean domestic storage becomes key to maintaining security of supply.
